Privacy Policy

§ 1 General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and storing information necessary to provide services provided via MITC Testing App (hereinafter "Application").
  2. The administrator of the Application Users' data is 21CN Radosław Smilgin with a registered office in Poland, 80-680 Gdańsk, 124A Nadwiślańska Street (hereinafter „21CN”).
  3. The User is any natural person using the services provided via the Application (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
  4. Any data that could in any way allow identification (determining the identity) of the User is not collected by the application or made available by the Service Provider to any third parties.
  5. When using the application, only temporary data is saved on the User's device.
  6. The User acknowledges that providing the above-mentioned data is voluntary.
  7. Data storage period: data is stored for the entire period of use of the application until the application cache is cleared or it is permanently deleted from the mobile device.

§ 2 Data collected automatically

  1. The Administrator does not collect personal data without the User's consent, but only data that does not have such an attribute, in particular demographic data and data regarding the use of the Application. The data described in the previous sentence is collected automatically (hereinafter referred to as "Automatically collected data").
  2. Data collected automatically does not enable the User to be clearly identified.
  3. Data collected automatically may be used by the Administrator to improve the quality of services provided, in particular in the event of an Application error. In the situation described above, the data collected automatically will concern the Application error, including the state of the User's mobile device at the time of the error, identification of the User's mobile device, and the physical location of the User's mobile device at the time of the error.
  4. It is not possible to change the data collected automatically.
  5. Users' data cannot be processed in an automated manner that could result in any decisions being made regarding them.

§ 3 Type and purpose of processed data

  1. The application can use the following permissions:
    • full network access - in most cases required to update data and display part of the data while browsing, online,
  2. The application processes the following data:
    • results of software tests and the defect search process, i.e. the main functionality of the application.

§ 4 Data recipients

  1. The recipients of the User's data may be:
    • web application providers,
    • server service providers,
    • hosting provider.

§ 5 Final provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Application. The Administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites accessed by the Application User through the links contained therein.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, about which he will inform the User via the Application. If the User does not agree to the changes, he or she is obliged to permanently delete the Application from his or her mobile device. The User who does not remove the Application from his mobile device agrees to the changes introduced in the Privacy Policy.
  3. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply.
